Power 2023 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) Study has named Nissan the No. 1 truck brand in customer satisfaction. How is the number one brand in customer satisfaction decided? 

Based on responses from over 64,000 registered owners and lessees of model-year 2020 to 2022 vehicles, the 2023 J.D. Power U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) Study found that Nissan ranked highest among truck brands in customer satisfaction, with a score of 886 out of 1,000 possible points. This score is 48 points above the segment average, indicating that Nissan excels in providing high-quality customer service to its truck owners. 

How did Nissan score in terms of customer satisfaction? 

Nissan scored the highest across all five factors evaluated within the truck segment: Service Quality, Service Facility, Service Advisor, Service Initiation, and Vehicle Pickup. This comprehensive evaluation indicates that Nissan is doing an excellent job in all aspects of dealership service.

2023 Nissan Frontier for everyday work 

The Frontier is a versatile and capable pickup equally suitable for everyday work in the city or adventures in the great outdoors. It has a standard 3.8-liter direct injection V6 engine that delivers 310 horsepower. For those who want more off-road capabilities, the PRO-X and PRO-4X grades offer Bilstein off-road shock absorbers and 17-inch wheels with all-terrain tires. The PRO-4X includes an electronic locking rear differential and underbody skid plates for extra protection. 

2023 Nissan Frontier for towing and hauling 

The Titan, on the other hand, is a powerful and reliable truck. It’s powered by a 5.6-liter Endurance V8 gasoline engine that produces 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. The Titan XD is designed for serious towing and hauling and combines the comfort and drivability of a light-duty truck with the towing confidence of a heavy-duty hauler.
