Does Nissan own Infiniti?

Yep. Infiniti is the luxury division of Nissan. It was started in 1989. While Infiniti vehicles often have more bells and whistles (and higher price tags), we prefer the offerings from Nissan. That’s also where all of the Nissan electric vehicle batteries are made, at the largest (and so far, only) automotive lithium-ion battery plant in the United States.
